The name misleads: the music is neither free nor rights-free, it simply spares you per-broadcast royalties. Every catalogue still ties its licence to scopes — personal versus commercial, web versus TV, one project versus a subscription. Two checks matter in practice: whether the composer is registered with a collecting society, which can affect broadcast use in some countries, and whether the platform's licence covers client work, not just your own channel. Keep the licence certificate with the project; deliveries and disputes ask for it years later.
