What this is about

Corporate films are approved by more people than the kickoff suggests. Legal checks the claims, compliance looks at logos on screen, the works council may have a say when employees appear, product management guards the wording, sales wants its own region visible. None of them decides the project, and any of them can stop it late. Map them at kickoff in three columns: interest, veto, informed only. Everyone with a veto belongs in the review chain from the first cut, because a legal note arriving after the grade costs a version rather than a comment.

A term only helps when everyone on set means the same thing by it — so what follows is how it is used, not a dictionary definition.

What runs differently here
