Phrase it as a verb, make it reachable in the actual viewing situation, and check the destination exists before publication; a QR code that is unreadable on a phone or a landing page still in draft wastes the entire film. Placement weighs as much as wording, because on feed platforms a large share of viewers never reach the endcard, so the ask has to appear while people are still watching.
