Read from a production seat, the calendar answers a question marketing did not ask: how few shoot days can produce all of this? Twelve monthly posts rarely need twelve shoots; clustered by location, crew and wardrobe they often collapse into two or three days, which is where corporate video budgets are genuinely saved. Two things resist clustering — dated events and product launches — so mark those first. Then check the lead times, because calendars built without production input tend to leave one week for something whose approval chain alone needs two.
A term only helps when everyone on set means the same thing by it — so what follows is how it is used, not a dictionary definition.
